This is a list of information by country regarding organ donation. Some countries are just links to online registration, printable forms, donor cards and other information. Where a website cannot be found, what information I could find on a country's organ donation system has been reported.

Please remember: whatever system your country uses, in most cases they will ask your next-of-kin's permission to begin the donor process. If you do not tell your family that you wish to be a donor, they may refuse to consent upon your death. Please remember that it is important to either discuss your wishes with your family, or to make a living will detailing your wish to be an organ donor. If your faith has any specific requirements, please remember to attend to those matters too.

• Armenia
  Presumed consent. A person is required to give official notice that they do not agree to the use of their organs for transplant after their death. Whether a family's wishes are considered is unknown. The types of transplant carried out are limited.
• Austria
  Presumed consent. Very strict system that requires a person to make their wish not to donate known, by registration or by carrying a written declaration on their person (including those visiting from other countries) - the family's wishes are not considered. Opting out of being an organ donor is taken into consideration when allocating donor organs - those who opt out are automatically placed last on a transplant waiting list.
